Fees appear against the account they belong to, because the same brand can charge differently depending on whether you hold the card as a debit, prepaid or credit arrangement. What sits beside a card therefore applies to the version you would actually open, not a headline figure that quietly changes further down the page. Currency costs sit in the same place, so the exchange rate and the levy on an overseas purchase are read together instead of gathered from separate tables.
